Returns & Refunds
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your NovaShield TitanEdge case.
What we accept
- Wrong iPhone model ordered — we'll swap it, free.
- Wrong colour sent, or the item arrived damaged or faulty — replacement or full refund, your choice.
- Changed your mind — return it in re-sellable condition for a refund.
How to start a return
Email support@novashieldcases.com with:
- Your order number
- What you'd like (replacement or refund)
- A photo, if the item is damaged or faulty
We reply within one business day with the return address and instructions. Please don't send anything back before contacting us — returns sent without instructions can't be tracked to your order.
Return shipping
If the fault is ours (wrong item, damaged, faulty), we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping.
Refunds
Once your return is received and checked, we issue the refund to your original payment method. Banks typically take 5–10 business days to show it on your statement.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch. Email us as soon as possible — we usually dispatch within 1–3 business days.
